JULIA
You missed your calling! You should be an actor!
BUDDY
Thanks.
JULIA
How on earth did you end up as a maintenance man?
BUDDY
What do you mean "end up"?
JULIA
Nothing... just... you have talent.
BUDDY
And who needs a maintenance man, right? It's not like they do
anything important.
JULIA
I didn't say that.
BUDDY
You thought it. That's why I barely registered with you on the day I
fixed the dryer. I'm "just" a maintenance man. I'm not on your radar.
JULIA
What radar?
BUDDY
Well guess what - I saw you checking out my butt in the mirror that
day. My butt was on your radar.
JULIA
Your butt was on my radar.
BUDDY
Oh yes, my butt was on your radar. Which is understandable, I'm
known for having a nice butt.
JULIA
You should be proud.
